Send a clear photo of your current hair (in natural lighting if possible), along with a reference photo of your desired style.
Include your full name, phone number, and the service or package you’d like to book — whether it’s a Silk Press, Color, Haircut, or one of my Signature Packages.
Once I receive your message, I’ll personally review it and text you back to confirm your appointment, discuss your hair goals, and go over any details before booking.

Please note that deposits are only required for photography services. For all appointments, communication is key. If you are unable to make your scheduled time, please contact me as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule.
Clients who no-show or cancel without notice will not be allowed to book future appointments. I completely understand that emergencies happen, but just as I would communicate with you if this were my business commitment, I ask for the same courtesy in return. Thank you for respecting my time and business, it helps ensure that every client receives the best experience possible. 💜
Silk Press Maintenance & Hair Care Policy
Maintaining a silk press requires proper hydration, protection, and realistic expectations. Hair is like a plant, it thrives with consistent moisture and care. Applying oil alone will not make hair grow overnight, and doing too much to the hair is not always beneficial, especially for 4C, 4B, 4A, 3C, 3B, and 3A hair types.
If I feel your hair is not in healthy condition, I will not apply color. Chemical services require additional maintenance, and the health of your hair always comes first.
Please note:
- If your hair is not heat-trained, it may revert back to its natural texture after a silk press.
- I use high-quality professional products and work in small, detailed sections to ensure the best results. This is why silk press services may take longer than expected.
- Sweating, heat, and humidity can cause your silk press to revert. Having the heat turned up, excessive layering, or wearing multiple scarves and bonnets can raise body temperature and cause sweating.
- If you tend to sweat, I highly recommend sleeping in a cool room and wearing lightweight clothing.
As a professional hairstylist, I cannot control how you wrap or maintain your hair after your appointment. Even as a stylist, I personally cannot sleep in a warm room after a silk press because body heat can cause it to sweat out.
Lastly, you do not need a silk press to receive a trim. Regular trims are essential for healthy hair. Please avoid going months or years without trimming your ends, this can lead to breakage, stalled length retention, and difficulty maintaining your hair.
